Weekly Sani-Service
Enviro-Master DC Metro (“EMDC”) has a solitary goal: Eliminate bacteria (and the spread of desease) in the maximum number of public places. To achieve this, EMDC has perfected weekly hygienic-cleaning treatment which eliminates most bacteria. These services require special training, cleaning-solutions and equipment that your staff or janitorial company are not trained or qualified to perform. EMDC works in conjunction with your janitorial staff, or other cleaning personnel, whose efforts will be materially reduced as a result of our services. 
Monthly Scrub-Service
The second step in EMDC’s bacteria removal program is our Monthly Scrub. At installation (and once monthly thereafter), to enable the Weekly Sani Services to be fully effective, it is necessary to provide a Scrub. Our Scrub consists of a low pressure, deep cleaning solution (applied using a heavy-duty machine), which penetrates well into floors, the grout between tiles, ceilings, vents, stalls and even the hardware, which is also a porous breeding ground for bacteria. It is the combination of the Weekly Sani and Monthly Scrub that provides EMDC’s state-of-the-art Bacteria and Disease Free environment for your customers and your staff.
Cost Savings
The cost of our services is reduced to a nominal sum in three ways: (1) Our air fresheners and soap dispensers are free with our Sani-Scrub Service, and will provide you an immediate 100% cost savings on those items. (2) Our Services will eliminate the need for you to purchase expensive and unnecessary restroom supplies. (3) Between our Sani-Scrub cleanings whoever currently cleans your restrooms (your staff or outside cleaning service) will need to do nothing more than take a damp cloth and wipe down the fixtures. This will save them time (and you dollars in saved-labor costs), and will make them and your customers much happier.
